From hand-drawn sketches to certified fabrications, Maplevale delivers custom metal fabrication and welding services for pipe spools, structural steel, and fittings.
Send Your SpecsMaplevale provides welding and metal fabrication services across a range of scopes from single custom components to full pipe spool packages for water treatment plants.
Repair and replacement fabrication solutions for piping, supports, and plant equipment. Built to your existing specs to keep operations running with minimal downtime.
Repeatable fabrication of components and assemblies built to your drawings and delivery schedule. Consistent output without carrying your own shop capacity.
Custom stainless steel fabrication services for corrosion-prone environments, including piping, frames, and purpose-built components.
Custom carbon steel fabrication for one-off builds, retrofits, and site-specific applications. Bring a sketch or field dimensions, and we’ll take it from there.
Brackets, supports, frames, and connection pieces are fabricated to match your project drawings with the precision and documentation industrial scopes require.
Shop and field welding for structural and piping work, including fit-up, modifications, and repairs across carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum.
Fabrication and repair of refractory-lined pipe for high-temperature, high-wear applications, with in-house lining and cure services available.
We take calls from contractors who’ve been told to “get in line” at bigger shops. If your project needs fast-turn custom fabrication, accurate detailing, or certified welding services, send us the specs.
Most welding and fabrication services hand you a quote and start cutting. Maplevale first builds a full Revit MEP model of your job.
That model generates accurate material takeoffs, spool drawings, and cut lists before fabrication begins. Clearance conflicts, fit-up issues, and measurement errors get caught in the model, not on your job site.
Sewage pumping stations are the unsung infrastructure holding municipal wastewater systems together. If you’re specifying, building, or maintaining one, you already know the stakes: a failed pump station doesn’t just inconvenience residents. It backs up sewage, triggers regulatory headaches, and puts the project team in the headlines for the wrong reasons. This breakdown covers what … Read more

Stainless steel is a common default for water and wastewater piping. 304 and 316 are the two grades that come up most often in municipal and industrial applications, and on paper, they can look nearly identical. In practice, however, the wrong choice can mean accelerated corrosion, failed welds, or a material selection that doesn’t withstand … Read more

Yes. Our skilled team converts rough sketches and field measurements into proper fabrication drawings. Once the drawings are approved, we build from them. This is a normal part of how we work with contractors who need custom fabrication services but don’t have full engineered drawings ready.
Yes. Our team prepares detailed 3D Revit MEP drawings for every project. These are submitted to you for review and approval before any steel gets cut, so fit-up issues and interference conflicts are caught before they become site problems. It’s one of the ways our welding and fabrication capabilities keep projects accurate and on schedule.
Yes. Our mobile welding services bring our team to your facility for maintenance, repairs, and installations that can’t be done in the shop. This includes planned shutdowns and emergency repair work across a range of industrial and commercial scopes. Contact us to confirm coverage for your location.
Maplevale is a fully NSF/ANSI 61 certified facility, holds Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) certification, and is registered with the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA). Our fabrication work meets industry standards, including CSA Standard B51 and ASME B31.3 for pressure piping and pressure vessels. Full welding certificates and procedures are available on request. NSF/ANSI 61 is required for fabricated products that contact potable water and is not a standard certification for most fabrication shops.
Every project follows documented quality control procedures from material receiving through to final inspections. Incoming materials are checked against your specifications before anything moves to the shop floor. All welds undergo visual inspection, and where required, we coordinate non-destructive examinations and provide full inspection records. Each finished component receives a final check and identification before shipping to ensure high-quality results.
Yes. Visual inspection is standard on all welds. Where your project requires it, we coordinate third-party non-destructive examination, including radiographic testing and dye penetrant testing. On-site radiography is also available. These testing capabilities support quality control across all metal fabrication and welding scopes.
Our primary materials are carbon and stainless steel for both pipe and structural work, with aluminum available for welding. Contact us to discuss requirements involving various materials.
Most custom metal fabrication and welding services are turned around in as little as 2–3 weeks. Lead times vary depending on the scope and complexity of your project, so contact us with your requirements, and our skilled team will give you a straight answer on timing.
Yes. Maplevale has a 48′ flatbed, tri-axle stepdeck, and five-ton truck available for delivery across Ontario to support client needs on construction and industrial projects. We can also ship to other provinces and the United States.
