Maplevale Fabrications delivers CWB-certified, NSF 61-certified, and TSSA-registered pipe, structural steel, and custom vessel fabrication for wastewater treatment systems with lead times as short as 2–3 weeks.
Send Your SpecsWastewater treatment projects are among the most demanding fabrication scopes in the industry. Tight tolerances, aggressive processes, high-pressure systems, and strict regulatory compliance requirements leave no room for a fabricator that can’t keep up.
Maplevale Fabrications specializes in complex pipe and structural fabrication for wastewater treatment systems, including heavy-wall high-pressure piping, incineration duct systems, custom tanks and vessels, aeration piping, and all piping systems associated with typical wastewater treatment. With in-house Revit MEP detailing, NSF 61 certification, CWB Certification, and TSSA registration for pressure vessels and boilers, we’re built for the work other shops turn away.
With lead times as short as 2–3 weeks, we can take on urgent work and rush jobs when other shops can’t fit you in. For critical situations, we’ll work with your team to turn solutions around as fast as 24 hours.
We’re certified to fabricate for some of the most sensitive and heavily regulated wastewater treatment applications in the industry, including municipal and industrial scopes.
Share your field dimensions or a rough sketch, and we’ll take it from there, developing full Revit drawings and a complete fabrication package in-house.
If your project requires it, our team can provide on-site installation support to ensure the work is completed correctly.
Send us your drawings and specs, and we’ll get to work on pricing right away. If you’re coming to us without drawings, we’ll use Revit to build out a detailed 3D model and define the scope before we put a number to it.
You’ll receive a formal quote with a clear scope and estimated delivery timeline. From there, a purchase order or written authorization gets the project moving — we assign a job number, order materials, and get fabrication drawings in front of you for sign-off.
Nothing hits the shop floor until it’s been checked. All incoming materials are verified against your project specs on arrival.
Components go through a full fit-up stage before any welding begins, with our fitters and welders working closely together to ensure everything is properly aligned and assembled.
A visual inspection is performed on every weld. If your spec calls for it, we bring in a third party to carry out non-destructive examination, including dye penetration and X-Ray.
Stainless steel gets pickled, passivated, and washed before it goes anywhere. Carbon steel is checked and moved to the delivery staging area. All individual spool pieces receive unique identifying tags that match your fabrication drawings to make on-site installation and inventory seamless.
Before anything is loaded for shipping, each component goes through a final inspection. Identification stickers are applied so your crew on site knows exactly what they’re working with.
Delivery timing is confirmed with you throughout the fabrication process, so there are no surprises when your order is ready to ship. A detailed packing slip accompanies your shipment, followed by an invoice on agreed terms.
Whatever your wastewater project calls for, our certified team has the equipment, credentials, and experience to fabricate it to spec.
Schedule 80 high-pressure piping systems fabricated in carbon and stainless steel, with diameter capacity up to 108″.
Structural members and support steel fabricated to integrate with your piping runs, equipment mounts, and mechanical layouts.
TSSA-registered fabrication of pressure vessels, boilers, and custom tanks, including scum hoppers, UV tanks, and sand filters.
Full incineration piping systems fabricated in-house, including refractory lining and dryout, so your components arrive site-ready.
Custom air headers for mixing and aeration systems, fabricated to your exact process and installation requirements.
Engineered and made to suit your piping system.
Detailed 3D Revit MEP drawings developed in-house to define scope, catch interferences early, and generate accurate cut lists before fabrication begins.

We fabricate for a broad range of wastewater treatment systems from primary treatment to tertiary treatment. Whether your facility is processing organic matter, fine particulates, slurry, or industrial liquids, our team has the capability to fabricate components that support reliable separation, sludge recycling, and more.
Every weld receives a visual inspection as standard. Where your specifications require it, we coordinate third-party non-destructive examination, including radiographic testing, magnetic particle inspection, and dye penetrant testing. These methods help maintain the structural integrity of clarifiers, dewatering system components, and high-pressure piping where contaminants, sludge, and solids put constant stress on fabricated assemblies.
The welders working on metal fabrication for waste management are CWB-certified and TSSA-certified, which is essential for projects where corrosion resistance and weld integrity directly affect the longevity and performance of your wastewater treatment operations.
We fabricate for a wide range of waste streams, including systems handling heavy metals such as chromium, copper, and aluminum, as well as oils, suspended solids, and other contaminants common in metal finishing operations and manufacturing. Our certified fabrication ensures components perform reliably in demanding chemical environments where pH, corrosion, and flow rates are critical to safe separation, recovery, and ensuring treated water can be safely discharged to waterways.
